I contacted Imbue Cleaning Solutions LLC on Sunday to have my living room carpet cleaned. I received a quick response and immediately was given an appointment to accommodate my schedule. I was contacted the day before to confirm my appointment. I was having the carpet cleaned as I had been in the home a couple of years and accumulated stains over time. Needless to say the carpet has been cleaned, looks like new and just in time for Christmas festivities. Jermez and his associate just cleaned the textured concrete floors in our 2,100 sq ft office, as well as the carpeted stairway to our upstairs, and also stripped & waxed the VCT flooring in our upstairs conference room. Jermez arrived right on time this morning (as he did the day he came to give me an estimate), they got right to work, did a thorough job, and they were very professional & accommodating in the process.
